With a purchase of a miitap product, you get access to a personalized and completely customizable virtual miitap profile with unlimited taps and shares, so it's always available when you need it and you'll never have to worry about redesigning and reordering paper cards.

*NFC is a mainstream wireless technology found in most recent mobile devices. NFC tags can send information to other devices without the need for a power source of their own. Unlike Bluetooth, it doesn't require any manual pairing and it operates within a radius of about 1-2 inches.

Our free miitap app is available for iOS and Android. There aren't any fees or subscriptions that you need to use miitap.

You can download it from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Our tags and our signature black cards use the same technology to share your contact information, your social media accounts and other URLs. The main difference is that the tags are meant to be attached on any surfaces, for example on your mobile phone, while the metal cards provide you a high-end alternative to your standard paper business card.

Yes, miitap is proud to provide free and easy 30-day-returns and a one-year limited warranty that any miitap products sold will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship.

If you experience any issues with your miitap, please let us know and we'll do our best to resolve your issue, and if we deem it necessary, will offer a complimentary replacement. 


Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders that require shipping within Europe will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of Europe may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn't been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

We typically only cancel orders if there's a problem with stock, or if you've asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We'll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.


You can add your contact information like name, phone number, email address, website and location. miitap also enables you to connect all your social media accounts, add a profile picture and add any other URLs that you would like to share.

You can return your items within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it's undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. 

In order to return your items please contact our customer service team via Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return shipping label by email.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we'll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

In the rare event that you receive a wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and email our customer service team via with the details.

If you just don't like the product for any reason, we'll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it's in "as new" condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.


You can use miitap with all devices to share your profle, compatibility is only important when it comes to the reader or activating the miitap tag/card.

Open your Android device and tap on "Settings". Select "Connected devices" and go to "Connection preferences". You should see "NFC" and "Android Beam" options - turn both of them on.

Yes, the other person does not need a miitap product nor the app to receive your profile information.

Test the desired placement before sticking your miitap tag to the back of your phone.

The recommended placement for iPhones/ Android is the bottom of your phone in order to avoid your own NFC scanner.
